Organizational Assessment and Evaluation

I work with Boards and Executives to assess an organization with the goal of identifying opportunities to increase performance, output, and credibility.  Through a combination of budget, operations, and staff reviews and interviews with staff and clients a dynamic picture of an organization is developed and recommendations are made for improving performance and credibility.

These types of organizational assessments are usually confidential.  Click on the report below that blacks out the client, but shows the process of using multiple data sources, including fiscal analysis and staff interviews, to assess an organization under stress and recommended concrete actions that helped the organization regain credibility.
